ORDERING PHOTOS
Most photos will be mailed the day after payment is received. Credit card orders facilitate your receipt of photos as we do not have to wait for payment to be received by check. If you need overnight delivery, please contact us by phone. Additional shipping charges will be applied.
Do you print photographs in other sizes than those currently offered through your website?
We only offer photos in three sizes: 5x7, 8x10 or 11x14. If you have a special request please contact us.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
There are no refunds or exchanges of photographs or posters once you have purchased them. If you have a concern or if something was damaged in shipping, contact us.
I ordered a photo and it came back cropped differently than the image in the gallery. Why?
Images on the gallery are sized for online viewing. When cropping them for a specific photo size, they will appear slightly different.
Can I order a poster in a photo size?
We do not offer posters in our photo sizes. However, we can provide a custom quote for larger or smaller artwork based on the size you want. See our Price List for more information and be sure to give us a call.
